A. Incidentals such as mileage, telephone, and the like are always included in our hourly rate. There are NEVER any hidden charges or surprises. All fees and extras are presented to you up front for your approval, clearly and concisely, before any work begins.

Q. Cash flow always seems to be a problem. What are my payment options?
A. We're a small business too, and have the utmost respect for the struggle of the small business owner. We are willing to work with you and discuss a variety of payment options that will best suit the unique needs of your business.

Q. What is "Integrated Marketing" anyway?
A. Simply put, it's all about projecting a consistent image and message to every customer, employee and partner involved in your company, using every internal and external means imaginable. It's our specialty.

Q. I just looked at your list of services. I can't believe you could do all these things for me!
A. We tailor our proposals to meet your specific needs, and as necessary, may outsource a variety of projects ­ particularly graphic design assignments ­ to a very select network of top area professionals. This allows us to focus on what we do best.

Q. Will I lose control of my marketing and advertising?
A. No. We will act as your personal marketing director. You will be involved as much, or as little, as you desire.
